ALTARED SPACE

“Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” -William Morris

The motto here is, ‘beauty, simplicity and order.’ These are the three qualities that consciousness positively responds to.

Declutter and destress. Recreate your space as a personal sanctuary indicative of renewal and the energy you are now inviting into you life.

The objects we surround ourselves with carry a vibration, a charge, a tone of energy that informs our body, mind and emotions on the unconscious level every single time we look at them, touch them or think of them. They affect our lives more than we may be aware of and affect every area of our lives, at that, because this affect is charged from the unconscious level.

Your inner state of being - the peace, the stress, the chaos, the joy (and on and on…) that you feel - reflects your outer state and vice versa. We can learn and grow so much by shifting around our outer space and garnering the information from this process. When we do this…in an active, conscious and intentional way, we change. It is inevitable. We become more sensible and sensitive to our surroundings and our inner states. Our intuition becomes more healthy and our ‘read’ on people, situations and events is heightened and clarified. We literally reform from the outside-in and this can become an active life practice that keeps the energy around and within us vital and alive. What we keep, keeps us. Choose.
